Bijou Lilly Phillips (née le 1er avril 1980) est une actrice, mannequin et chanteuse américaine. Phillips a commencé sa carrière comme mannequin, mais s'est rapidement orientée vers le cinéma et la chanson. Elle a fait ses débuts musicaux avec son album I'd Rather Eat Glass en 1999.
